My name is Anita and I am a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach. Having wrestled with various autoimmune diseases myself, I found transformative and lasting wellbeing with the help of the programs by leading functional medicine health practitioners: Mark Hyman (gut issues), Dr Jay Davidson and Dr Todd Watts (Lyme disease), Dr Terry Whals (chronic inflammation) and Dr Jolene Brighten (endometriosis).
After years of researching, reading and healing, I embarked on the journey to help healing others and became a functional medicine health coach.
I am also a certified Massage Therapist, and earned my MSc in Biology and my PhD in Cultural food and nutrition studies.

The Functional Medicine Approach
Complex chronic diseases are often the result of inadequate lifestyle choices.
